The Morakniv Woodcarving Kit gives you the chance to craft your own traditional wooden Dala Horse! It’s perfect for those with a passion for woodcarving or as a unique gift for someone you care about.
The Woodcarving Kit includes a classic Morakniv 120 woodcarving knife and wooden Dala Horse materials. The blade of 120 Morakniv knife is made from durable carbon steel and the barrel is made from oiled birch wood.
All material in the kit is made in Sweden. The knife is one of Morakniv's traditional woodcarving knives, with a comfortable spindle shaped handle of natural birch wood. It's the exact same knife that the craftsmen in the village of Nusnäs have used for ages, when carving the world famous red Dala horses. The wooden horse blank is also made of Scandinavian birch.
