With a raised paw, pointy red ears, and coins and other accessories, maneki-neko have been bringing in luck and prosperity for centuries—and while the iconic statutes have varied origin stories, they all begin in Japan.

BOGSTA is a series of BOG Craft original statues made by the Daruma manufacturing method.
 
Each Daruma doll is handmade from eco-friendly paper material, which gives it the warmth of the original paper texture and hand-painting by craftspeople. The nostalgia of traditional Japanese Daruma dolls has been combined with a simple and cute design that fits in well with modern interiors.
 
The first batch includes two types of Daruma dolls, “Daruma” and “Manekineko,” which have been made in Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture, the birthplace of Takasaki Daruma dolls, in simple and cute designs that are typical of bog craft.
