A long-standing potter, Linda Marr took a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Ceramics at the California College of Arts and Crafts.
She subsequently continued her studies at colleges in New York and London to develop her skills further.
Having spent much of her potting career producing thrown pieces, in recent years she has also developed an interest in slip casting, in particular working in porcelain, and working on multi-media pieces, bringing together clay and other materials such as feathers and rope.
