The classic, iconic Gluggle Jug jugs have been mesmerizing users since they were first crafted in the 1860s. When filled up to three quarters of their capacity, the jugs emit a 'gluggling' sound, providing entertainment and novelty to dinner tables for over a century and a half. This whimsical product continues to be a favorite worldwide, with its popularity spiking in the mid-1900s when Dartmouth Pottery began production. The Royal Family even received a special pair of the jugs as a gift for their visit to the Britannia Naval College in 1958.
