Traces of handwork on the potter’s wheel and two colors of layered glaze bring about unique expressions of the mugs. The supple shape fits well inside your hands, and the wide arched handle that connects smoothly to the cup makes it comfortable to use.
Due to the body and handle being made in one piece, there is a dimple inside of the mug. It is not connected to the inside of the handle. Please soak and wash with baking soda to remove any stains.
Porcelain Microwave and dishwasher safe Made in Japan Do not overheat in the microwave or heat without water. Wash with care. Do not use abrasive cleansers or steel wool. Product shape and capacity vary in each item due to the nature of the manufacturing process. Appearance of color glaze unevenness varies in each item. Some products may take on scorched-like texture on the surface. It is an unique glaze effect called "yo-hen", unintended color transformation show on the ceramic and porcelain after firing.
